Keeping the sale on track - What we do:

  • Review the sales agreement 
  • Coordinates updating abstract
  • Determines all the adjustments (e.g. seller prepayment of taxes etc.) and ensures that they're factored into the transaction
  • Assures that the transaction costs (closing, legal fees, etc) are paid 
  • Creates and coordinates signing of the property title and all other documentation associated with the transaction
  • Collects the keys and any other necessary items 
  • Provides the seller with the net proceeds as well as copies of the documentation pertaining to the sale
  • Ensures that buyer's title is properly recorded along with any mortgage liens
  • In most cases, the buyer's possession is at closing, at which your former home will have a new occupant and your home selling journey will be complete
  • Provides access to many partners to help you succeed

  • Handyman coordination and bids as needed
  • Pre-listing cleaning crew for 1.5 hours 
  • 90 minutes professional staging with props included 
  • Mail forwarding service
